Emily Wilson has told me about two good gigs coming up this weekend which may be of interest to Foundationers.
The first is Rue Royale (http://www.myspace.com/rueroyale) at the Folk House, Park Street (http://www.bristolfolkhouse.co.uk/) on Friday night.
The second is Matt Wilson’s band Diego (http://www.myspace.com/wearediego) at Mother’s Ruin, St Nicholas’ Market (http://www.myspace.com/themothersruinbristol) on Saturday night.

Foundation bike ride, Sunday 19th July

As we’re still in the grip of uncommon fine weather and summer exuberance, Lexy Long is organising a Foundation bike ride on Sunday 19th July afternoon.
The start point and route are yet to be confirmed, but the idea is that we will meet in the afternoon and ride out to some desirable location (specifically, a pub) for eating/drinking, then back in time for littleservice in the evening.
